COVID SPRING BOOSTER CAMPAIGN
Eligibility:
- Adults aged 75 years and over.
- Residents in a care home for older adults.
- Individuals aged 6 months and over who are immunosuppressed.
Note: We will be contacting all eligible housebound patients via telephone to arrange a home visit between April and June.
(Please do not call the surgery we will contact you.)
All eligible patients for a Covid vaccine will receive a booking link to schedule an appointment at our vaccination centre located at the Warrington PCNs & GPs Eric Moore Partnership.

| Overseas vaccinations |

For patients wishing to have their overseas vaccination appear on the NHS app, an appointment can be booked by calling 119 or visiting the .gov website. The service is located in St Helens and patients are required to take their vaccination evidence with them to the appointment where it will then be uploaded.
