The Doctor did not have compassion & empathy & understand that leaving you without medication for seven day's with all those chemicals inthe medication l had withdrawal effects....l suffered greatly  & immensly, diarrohea ,pain, nausea sleeplessness many other thing's....l have irritable bowel reflux.

The staff are always very friendly and quick to respond to econsult forms. The nurses and doctors are very attentive to each case and try their best to help every step of the way.
The receptionist that answered my call got me a telephone consultation speedily. The doctor called me back almost immediately and I cannot fault the process even though it wasn't an emergency. Thank you.

The e-consult service always works great and I get what I need quickly. Today I had my smear test and was seen quickly, sent a text reminder and made to feel very comfortable by the nurse who conducted my test.

One has to register with GP practice allocated to a particular postcode
Unprofessional attitude of some of the receptionist,  unreasonable waiting times, no face to face consultation with a Doctor.
Poor service now, compared with the past 40yrs of being a patient with the Eric moore Centre.  Then you saw a Doctor or Nurse. They diagnosed a symptom or problem .you were given a prescription.  You took it to the chemist , "job" done. Now you have to wait for up to a fortnight,  you cannot see a Doctor on the day , they give you " telephone  consultation " , if thier eyes cannot see you then how can the common person describe with accuracy what they are ailing with?.. Needs a complete change of management  and leadership and for someone to get the " Bull by the horns" and get the red tape protocol or whatever  you describe it and get it sorted once and for all. I worked right through the pandemic,  there is no excuse now for that I have to work at-home chestnut.
Seem to ignore people's health when suits them
I have had a terrible reaction to my covid jab on Wednesday tempurater 101 diarrhoea 3days now and no sleep also my prescription was not sent out so pain sleepers spent 3 nights awake and tried for 2hrs from 8.30 to 10.30 trying to get through
