Looking After the Homeless and Hard-to-Reach Populations in Warrington
At Eric Moore Partnership, we are dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality healthcare services for Warrington’s homeless and vulnerable populations. Since establishing our outreach clinic in 2012, our aim has been to improve health outcomes and reduce inequalities for this cohort of patients.

Our homeless healthcare service offers:
- Reactive and Proactive Care: We address acute physical health needs and support long-term conditions through holistic and personalised care.
- On-Site Support: Weekly drop-in sessions at homeless hostels, providing consultations, treatments, and necessary medical interventions.
- Mobile Access: Temporary registration for unregistered patients, enabling access to their health records and prescriptions through portable devices.
- Collaboration: Close working relationships with homeless unit managers, support staff, and volunteers to deliver consistent and tailored care.
- Seasonal Vaccination Clinics: Drop-in sessions for flu and COVID vaccinations, encouraging participation through accessible venues.
