PATCHS is a simple, secure online service that lets you send requests straight to your GP practice without needing to call or visit in person.
You can use it from Monday 7am to Friday 6pm, and even if you submit something outside these hours, we’ll get back to you on the next working day (or within 48 hours). Please be assured our phone lines are open as usual for those who prefer to call. PATCHS simply gives you another option, making it easier to get in touch with your GP practice.
