COVID-19 autumn 2025 booster: Eligibility

The NHS will be offering COVID-19 booster this autumn to help protect those at highest risk of becoming seriously unwell over upcoming winter months.

At Eric Moore Partnership Practice, we deliver the COVID-19 vaccinations at the Orford Jubilee Hub, along with the other practices within Central & West Warrington PCN.

While we’re still awaiting full details of this year’s vaccination programme, we wanted to share the latest information we have about who is eligible.

According to current NHS guidance, the vaccine will be offered to:

  • Adults aged 75 and over
  • Residents in care homes for older adults
  • Individuals aged 6 months and over with a weakened immune system due to a health condition or treatment

We understand how important this vaccine is to many of our patients, and we’d like to reassure you that you do not need to contact the practice. All eligible patients will be invited when it’s their turn to receive the vaccine.

As soon as we receive more information from the NHS and our PCN, we’ll update this page and share further details.
