The Eric Moore Partnership was the first Practice in Warrington to go "live" with the new Choice initiative, using the electronic Choose & Book System. Patients who are to be referred to a hospital specialist are now given the Choice of multiple providers and are able to make the appointment at a date and time convenient to themselves.

Practice staff have been trained in this new system and are able to help and advise any patients who requires further information or support, at the surgery. Alternatively, patients can make the appointment directly or by calling the Choose & Book Appointments Line.

We are delighted to say that over the past few years our practice has evolved into a 100% Choose and Book referral service and the practice has won a national award acknowledging the same.

Patients can also go on-line when the local services are directly bookable and book their own appointments by using the NHS healthspace website
